This course was created after many people told me that they wish they could be my community college student taking my nutrition class. I decided to strip the information that wasn't needed and give you a gentle nutrition education in under 2 hours.


Googling nutrition information can be overwhelming (and inaccurate) so I hope this course taught by a nutrition professional gives you valuable information to use in your everyday life.
